上个月前看见网友分享了来自Richard Parker的巧克力,太兴奋了, 这个是适合低碳饮食法的巧克力哦,要求了食谱一直没做,基于我是LCHF新手,很容易就会不小心吃太多碳水了 哈哈哈哈哈 会影响我的体重所以拖到今天才做。
我其实没有巧克力或甜点的瘾,不过好奇宝宝的我喜欢特别或奇怪的东西,都想要尝试去做一做来记录,这个食谱很简单也很好吃哦\(^o^)/~ 低碳水的饮食者 需要选择无糖的巧克力,最好是85%的巧克力 以上,但是我这里只可以买到80%,所以我用80%的。
如果不是低碳饮食者,可以把巧克力换成苦甜的哦 ~\(≧▽≦)/~啦啦啦
首先准备材料:
coconut flour 椰子粉 50g
Almond flour 杏仁粉 50g
coarse Almond 粗粒杏仁粒 50g
Hershey's cocoa powder unsweetened Hershey's 无糖可可粉 10g
coconut oil 椰子油 10g
80%dark chocolate 80%纯度巧克力 80g
Pinch of salt 海盐 适量
Topping 装饰:
cocoa powder 1 tbsp 可可粉 适量
coconut oil 椰子油 10g
80%dark chocolate 80%纯度巧克力 80g
Pinch of salt 海盐 适量
Topping 装饰:
cocoa powder 1 tbsp 可可粉 适量
**如果你们买的是粗粒杏仁也需要一起炒5min
if using the coarse almond ,fry for 5min is needed.
模具:
模具大概 14cm x 9xm
mould size about 14cm x 9cm
做法:
1.首先用干锅炒香椰子粉大概5min
First of all, with dry pan fry the coconut powder about 5 min
2.然后加入杏仁粉炒大概5min
after that add in almond flour to fry another 5min
**如果你们买的是粗粒杏仁也需要一起炒5min
if using the coarse almond ,fry for 5min is needed.
3.炒好了就离锅,纳凉
Stir-fry well away from pan, let it cool
4.烤好的杏仁,把它切成粗粒,备用
Baked almond, cut it into coarse, set aside
5.用微波炉把巧克力融化,10秒 10秒的增加到融化,即可
The chocolate melts in the microwave oven, increased to 10 seconds to 10 seconds to melt
**
没有微波炉的可以用隔水煮融化
if no microwave can using water bath method melt it
6.融化到这样的程度,即可
melt like this well do
7.加入可可粉和椰油,搅拌均匀
add in cocoa powder and coconut oil,mixed well
8.把粉类加入
put in all the flour and coarse almond
9.搅拌均匀
mixed well
10.加入少许的海盐, 搅拌均匀
add a pinch of salt,mixed well
11.搅拌均匀了,就可以入模了
after mixed well can put into the mould
12.把巧克力糊倒入模,然后按平它
pour in the mixture and press in flat
13.冷藏大概1个小时半 或 2个小时
leave in fridge for 1 and half hours to 2 hours
14.冷藏完毕,取出来
take out when time out
15.切成方形 大概一粒10g
cut into cube about 10g per cube
16.撒上可可粉装饰
Sprinkle with cocoa powder
完成
done
