26x26 = 676
676/936 = 0.72 (以0.7计)(Rounded up to the nearest 0.7)
即将书中的用料全部乘以0.7即可。
Mutiply all ingredients by 0.7.
全蛋 200gm - 200 x 0.7 = 140gm
蛋黄 20gm - 20x 0.7 = 15gm
细砂糖 80gm - 80 x 0.7 = 55gm
低筋面粉 65gm - 65 x 0.7 = 45 gm
无盐奶油 30gm - 30 x 0.7 = 20gm
鲜奶 35gm - 35 x 0.7 = 25gm
